I bridge creative ambition and real-world delivery in experience-driven real estate development.Currently a Master Planner at Walt Disney Imagineering, I support pre-development and master planning for Disney\'s parks and resorts worldwide. My role encompasses feasibility studies, land use planning, entitlements, infrastructure planning, and long-term development strategies. We work with diverse teams to set the foundation for creative visions and generate lasting value.I strive to never settle in my career. I am always sharpening my skills, adding new dimensions to my tool chest to tackle challenges and unlock opportunities. As an engineer at heart, I love breaking down complexity and finding solutions. My experience spans themed entertainment, hospitality, and retail/industrial store development. I\'ve led technical integrations of intricate systems for Disney’s Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, and bridged technical and financial priorities for Rivian’s service center developments. I thrive on connecting the dots across disciplines to bring clarity and achieve shared visions. Meanwhile, I make sure the team stays engaged and have fun solving problems together.Built upon a strong foundation in design and construction, as well as insights in Finance and Real Estate, I am now broadening my focus on upfront planning to craft spaces that inspire, connect, and endure.I am a proud alumna of Northwestern\'s Kellogg School of Management, UIUC\'s Grainger College of Engineering, and the Goldie Initiative.I am always happy to chat and learn more about the following topics!
