I am a highly successful business leader with a proven track record in business development, and the development of marketing and sales strategies that exceed targets. I have extensive experience in the higher education industry, much at a senior management level. I am a Certified Practising Marketer with the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), company directors course.I have a strong background and experience in international education, student recruitment and retention strategy development, marketing strategy development, business and channel development, customer experience and engagement, communications, pricing strategies, and brand development. I am also experienced in working across the Asia Pacific region and as part of a global organisation as well as education institutions.I am passionate about people and the power that education has in helping people to achieve all they set out to.
