   Currently managing end-to-end warehouse and supply chain operations in a fast-growing startup environment with ~₹8 Cr annual revenue. Responsible for driving operational efficiency, inventory control, and process discipline across core supply chain functions.I oversee warehouse operations for 180+ SKUs within a sq. ft. facility, managing inventory valued at ₹1.56 Cr+. My role focuses on ensuring structured storage, smooth material flow, and high operational accuracy through disciplined execution of warehouse processes.On the inbound side, I manage 3–4 daily shipments, handling vehicle offloading, GRN processing, quality checks, and real-time inventory updates through ERP. For outbound operations, I supervise dispatch execution of 6–7 orders per day, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and timely delivery within 1–2 days TAT.Through process improvements and tighter operational control:Reduced stock discrepancies by 15% by strengthening inventory tracking and audit mechanismsImproved order accuracy from 94% to 97% by refining picking and packing workflowsReduced operational TAT from 7 days to 6 days through better coordination and planningI actively manage inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes to maintain stock accuracy and minimize losses.
