Mechanical Design Engineer with 4+ years of experience in research and product development across industrial and energy-related applications, including medium-voltage gas-insulated switchgear. I specialize in mechanical design, drive mechanisms, electromechanical assemblies, and manufacturing-ready documentation, supporting product development from concept through prototyping, testing, and validation.In my current role, I work on SF₆-free GIS drive mechanisms, contributing to concept development, 3D CAD modeling, tolerance analysis, GD & T application, and BOM creation. I actively support prototype assembly, development and testing, and design optimization, working closely with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure design for manufacturability and smooth transition to series production.Previously, I gained strong R&D experience in industrial machinery and construction equipment, where I contributed to emission-reduction projects, actuator and fluid-handling system design, FEM-based analysis, and standards-driven engineering documentation. This background has strengthened my ability to design reliable mechanical systems under performance, regulatory, and manufacturing constraints.I am proficient in PTC Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA V5, Autodesk Inventor, and ANSYS, with hands-on experience in PLM systems, ECN/ECR processes, and cross-functional collaboration. I have a solid foundation in mechanical engineering.
