I\'m Shikhar Tripathi, a B.Tech graduate from NIT Hamirpur, currently working as a Senior Engineer (Geotechnical and Structures) at Geo Pro Consultancy and Constructions. My professional experience focuses on structural analysis, structural health monitoring, RCC design of buildings and major structures, and foundation analysis and design for both soil and rock conditions. I am involved in the interpretation of geotechnical data and applying engineering principles to develop safe and efficient foundation solutions. Alongside my technical expertise, I have a strong interest in data analysis and engineering data interpretation, which helps me approach structural and geotechnical problems with a practical and analytical mindset. During my time at NIT Hamirpur, I served as the Secretary of the English Club, where I developed strong team management, leadership, and communication skills. I also led teams in organizing major college events such as the Youth Parliament and interdepartmental debate competitions, experiences that strengthened my ability to collaborate, coordinate, and lead effectively. I also completed industrial training at NHAI, which provided valuable exposure to real-world infrastructure projects and helped strengthen my understanding of core concepts.
