Responsible for the procurement and dispatch of parts from supplier units for Uniparts Olsen Inc.1. Coordinate with all India Units\' Sales functions to ensure timely dispatch of parts as per purchase orders, proactively addressing any issues.2. Liaise with all India Units\' Quality functions to guarantee that dispatched parts meet customer requirements, highlighting issues proactively.3. Identify and implement packing standards as per customer requirements across all India units.4. Review customer requirements weekly, place purchase orders for regular and sample parts, and confirm orders within three working days, adjusting purchase orders in ERP after confirmation.5. Prepare variance reports based on customer requirements and communicate issues to the Customer Service Team.6. Analyze critical shortages, work with suppliers to prevent potential line-down situations, and approve container plans to manage inventory effectively.7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels at Overseas units\' warehouses, ensuring they align with budget and customer safety stock agreements.8. Prepare weekly dispatch schedules based on customer requirements, safety stock needs, inventory in transit, and inventory at Overseas units\' warehouses.9. Conduct CAPA effectiveness audits for quality defects reported by Overseas units, and track shipments to ensure timely material arrival.10. Ensure the implementation and maintenance of supplier delivery performance metrics (PPM) in the ERP system to consistently meet customer delivery standards.
