Project HSBC: • Handling Direct cost report month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring 100% on-time.• Present the monthly movement between target & latest estimate / forecast to senior management with proper justification.• Liaise with internal team like RTB Finance, CTB Finance, share finance team line manager for forecast AOP input.• Participated in wealth & personal banking IT cost, Forecast Vs actuals to support decision making.• Prepare, Submit & Approve Accruals, Prepayment, Billing- recharges and depreciation schedule.• Charges to business (CTB) reporting – analysis and explain of Plan vs Actuals vs FY forecast.• Analyze various countries ledgers and compare with pioneer for reporting to stakeholders.• Participate in annual operating plan from defining process and guideline to the finalization of numbers• Budgeting, Financial reporting & performing accrual workings, recharges of Switzerland & Singapore.• Governance of aged accruals & Month on Month forecasting review, Cost review and MPP review.• Performing under/over recovery analysis and take appropriate action to resolve any gap.• Reviewed unadjusted and adjusted forecast cost to support Directs team. knowledge of clarity, fusion, tps system.• Perform Depreciation forecast, budget finalization and financial models.• Permanent & non-permanent cost, Month end reporting’s and accruals working.• Having complete ownership of WPB IT COO -GPW- Swiss & SGP reporting.• Continuously assess current finance processes to identify areas for improvement and transformation.• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met, address any concerns or issues that arise.• Provide training and support to team members.• Assess and recommend automation tools and technologies that can streamline accounting processes.• Create and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall effectiveness of accounting processes.
