ABOUT SHIKHA GARG

I gravitated intuitively towards human resources profession. My consistent passion and interest in HR comes from the fact that it involves people. We are complicated, we are changing and there are million things going on in our lives. There can never be a scientific or strategic way to deal with them. It\'s an art. I have seen this field change from transactional to strategical in the past 15 years. I have been a human resource generalist for half of my career and a HR business partner for another half. I am Channel HR Business partner & COE in my current role with ETLI. I influence, communicate and collaborate with business and HR in the zones to successfully design and implement people related activities. Project management skills and pragmatic, larger vision is what I have acquired with this role. I am obsessed with being organised and solution oriented. I believe there is always a better way of doing things which makes me consistently learn, look around to simplify things for self and others. There aren\'t many things that can grow a company the way trust and dependability does and I take pride in being dedicated to both. I don\'t like pushy and unkind people.
