ABOUT SHIKHAR AGARWAL

Optimistic about humanity and passionate about transformative systems, I aim to connect grassroots changemaking with digital policy innovation - because fixing our relationship with technology is as urgent as restoring our relationship with the planet, and each other.I grew from organizing youth climate movements across India, the Netherlands and internationally (mobilizing hundreds, influencing policy) to leading initiatives in climate governance, startup incubators, and blockchain-based hackathons focused on regenerative impact. Now, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at Hertie School in Berlin, deepening my skills in digital governance, AI accountability, and citizen-powered democracy.I believe the next era of progress is where AI enables true civic participation, moving decision-making away from the few and empowering the many.
