Lead value-based planning, execution, and delivery of digital roadmaps spanning products and services across all Agile Release Trains (ARTs).Foster a collaborative and self-organizing environment, promoting open communication and effective teamwork to drive Agile transformations.Manage cross-train resourcing, risks, dependencies, budgets, and impediments to ensure smooth program execution.Implement cross-train communication channels to facilitate alignment and transparency among teams.Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, project sponsors, and external partners, ensuring their buy-in and support for program deliverables.Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and UX leaders to understand Agile Teams\' needs, challenges, and opportunities, providing guidance and support to remove impediments hindering progress.Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, communication, transparency, and continuous learning and improvement within the ARTs.Develop standard tools for teams to track cross-team dependencies, deliverables, and launches, promoting efficiency and alignment.Encourage and empower teams to experiment, learn from problems/issues and failures, and embrace Agile principles in their day-to-day work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.Provide overall strategic direction for monitoring and measuring performance and success metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Contribute to and influence IT people strategies and support talent transformation initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities.Stay current with industry trends, emerging Agile practices, and tools, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance Agile maturity within the organization.
