With more than five years of experience as a Sr. Technical recruiter, I have a strong passion for assisting organizations in finding the best personnel to match their requirements. Since I think that a company\'s most valuable asset is it\'s employees, it is my goal to find and entice outstanding talent that will help the firm succeed. I\'ve developed my recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding abilities over the course of my career, and I\'m constantly looking for new methods to enhance the hiring process.
