To provide operations and project management support for USP’s Material Strategy Program. Responsible for completing operational aspects of the program, including coordinating internal resources and vendors to build the SKUs of the product line with prompt turnaround on vendor quotes, PO creation and execution, developing and reporting metrics regularly to monitor the production pipeline, and play a central role in improving the overall operations process. Coordinating with internal resources and vendors to build the SKUs of the product line and for the flawless execution of orders. To maintain a relationship with the USP-India synthetics team and external suppliers on operational aspects, working closely to deliver PAI products on time and resolving logistical and other operational bottlenecks. To work closely with the business unit head and product management lead to select suppliers, from approved external suppliers and the USP-India synthesis department, for new PAI products to be added to the product line. To track operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions. To monitor dwell times in each stage of different process flows and make recommendations to continually improve where needed.
