   Working for BlackRock project as an IAM consultant role. I am responsible for handling customer tickets by using the ServiceNow ticketing tool. Support providing to the client for Share folder access, Distribution List creation, add member in DL. AD administration –Provision, De-provision, Activate, Terminate and Update user identities. Exchange administration –mailbox creation, shared mailbox creation, public folder management, and maintenance mailbox; creation of Distribution List group in Exchange Admin Centre. Handling of Aladdin client site access as per ModelID by using UNIX command. Managing identity administration – create ID/edit/view/Remove ID/password reset/manager change. NTFS and DFS share permission for folders and files in Windows Server. Managing Security group creation for shared folder paths and managing ownership updates in the VARONIS DatAdvantage tool. Managing user administration – enable/disable user (contract worker, regular employee, etc.), setting out-of-office/leave of absence, Leave of Return, manage emergency termination, unlock user identity, etc. in accordance with defined procedures. Working in Service Now Ticketing tool to handle Incident management and service request management for the client. Worked on Excel sheet to track all reports with the help of excel Pivot table, and V Lookup functions. Handling JML ( Joiner Mover Leaver) task in SailPoint version 8.0.
