ABOUT SHIBU RAJAMANI

Having been associated with business development, operations, service delivery management across a major part of my tenure with the current organization, I have acquainted myself in various aspects of Market Research, Sales Analysis/ Forecasting, Contractual Negotiations, Revenue Generation, Clientele Development, Budgeting, Market Penetration, Customer Relations, Target Management, and Competitor Analysis. Presently associated with ABB Turbo Chargers as Head of Sales, I am involved in development/ implementation of plans for accomplishment of organizational business objectives with prime focus on retention/ enhancement of existing market share in the assigned territory. I also coordinate with members across the organizational hierarchy in developing sales pitches aimed at acquisition of potential clients. Working as Head of Operations (involved in review of working practices to ensure compliance to organizational policies/ procedures and safety regulations), Local Business Unit Manager (ad-interim), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (involved in detailed analysis on root causes, defining strategies to revive lost business), Head of End User Sales are a few major roles played by me during my tenure with my current organization has offered me with an opportunity to enhance my skills in various intricacies of day to day business operations. Holding a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Hindustan Institute of Engineering Technology, has widened my knowledge and has enabled me to work across diverse organizational domains widening my scope of operations.
