I am passionate QA Tester with almost 10 years of experience.What makes me unique compared to other QA\'s is that even as a member of Quality Assurance team, I like to look at a bigger picture and approach Quality from a Project/Product Team perspective which helps me learn and drive the entire team to deliver quality right from the moment of requirement gathering which in turn encourages the rest of the team as well to consider quality as their responsibility as well. So in my case team work actually makes the dream work.Worked with Traditional Software Development Models and Agile Methodology performing manual functional testing, QTP automation testing, regression testing, system testing, smoke testing, adhoc testing and user acceptance testing. I have completed my ISTQB Foundation level certification and my other qualifications and skills are all aligned towards Software Testing.I am experienced in testing across multiple domains like Financial, E-Commerce, Entertainment and Government based Customer Data/Lodgement Management system. In every project that I have been involved - I was well appreciated by the Stake Holders, Managers, Team Leaders and co-workers. From creating manual test cases to executing them, finding quality bugs ranging from critical functional to low UI defects, working with Dev team and BA to get the issues resolved, to identifying regression tests that can be automated and working with seniors to automate them, learning new technology and applications easily and training/guiding new joinees, providing test support on across several environment like Dev, QA and Live, and reporting test and defect status with Stake Holders and other Team Members.I have always been the employee who learns the requirements quickly and delivers a bug free software. Well known for my documentation and reporting skills making it easy for anyone from non-IT Background as well to understand the requirements, test cases and defect report that have all been well linked to each other.
