   As part of the Product Engineering team at Acabes International, I contribute to backend development for large-scale enterprise applications used by millions of Arab Bank customers worldwide. The products we build are not for internal bank use—they are customer-facing applications designed to serve Arab Bank consumers across the globe, ensuring secure, efficient, and seamless digital banking experiences.Key Responsibilities & ContributionsDeveloping and maintaining Java Spring Boot microservices with scalable, modular, and clean architecture. Designing and consuming RESTful APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) to support complex business workflows. Implementing inter-service communication using Feign Client for reliable and efficient microservices integration. Working with MongoDB for CRUD operations, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and performance tuning. Utilizing Swagger, Postman, and Bruno for API testing, documentation, and validation. Monitoring distributed systems and analyzing logs using Kibana, MobaXterm, and internal log servers to ensure stability and quick issue resolution. Handling Kafka message streams, ensuring reliable event-driven communication and resolving message delivery issues. Integrating with legacy systems via SOAP services and validating XML responses for end-to-end compatibility.
