As the Design Lead for Bags & Accessories, I worked closely with the Founder to build the brand from scratch. My responsibilities included- Conducting market research, understanding user needs, and analyzing trend forecasts- Performing color research and designing a functional product range- Developing initial patterns and prototypes to visualize designs- Establishing strong connections with vendors and export houses to source materials and ensure precise sample development- Overseeing the sample creation process, testing prototypes, gathering feedback, and reiterating designs to achieve perfection- Contributing to graphics (Packaging, Artworks) and design elements to enhance the brand\'s identity- From creating Design Language, Design Process for the brand to planning different marketing & launching strategies. This multifaceted role honed my skills in brand building, design innovation, and operational management, allowing me to contribute to the creation of a cohesive and customer-centric brand identity.
