Currently in a Senior leadership position in Business Development and Strategy, responsible for Middle East and India. Also responsible for Commercial and Contracts Management of Industrial Gases business in India. Working on Mergers and Acquisition (M&A). Having more than 33 years of extensive experience in Sales & Business Development, Market Development, Key Account Management and Government Relations for Sale of Industrial Gases (SOG) based on Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model catering to Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Coal Gasification, Green & Blue Hydrogen, etc. Experience in India, Middle East (GCC countries) and South-East Asia. Prior experience in Plant Operations, Technical Services and Project Management of large Petrochemical Projects. Developed, won and signed several BOO and EPC/EPCM contracts in the past with Government PSUs and Private sectors in India and South East Asia based on competitive bidding. Also, looking after licensing of Coal gasification technologies of Air Products (earlier dry feed Shell and slurry feed GE technologies for Coal Gasification projects). Also, developing refinery residue gasification for production of Power (IGCC) and Hydrogen. Have developed very strong Government Relations with Ministries of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Coal, Chemicals & Fertilizers, MNRE and Steel Ministries, under Govt. of India. Also, having prior experience of operations and project management of large Petrochemical units.
