Recruitment & Selection • Handling Large scale Recruitment for PAN INDIA. Managing the full recruitment cycle within assigned groups for varied skill profiles at Middle level and High Level. • Sourcing high quality profiles from various sources i.e, job portals, Talent Link, Central Sourcing Team, campus and internal references, coordinating functional round & conducting their HR round. • Responsible for the Predictive Index survey & analysis & Background verification for all candidates. • Salary Negotiations & Fixations and Follow-up with the selected candidates till they join. • Preparing & issuing offer letters and appointment letters.Induction • Responsible for management of welcome kit, joining kit & ENGAGE kit. • Responsible for preparation of new joinees Organizational Announcements. • Responsible for planning & organizing induction of new joinees & ENGAGE programs.Employee Engagement • Successfully organized blood donation camps, Health camps, Self defense program for female employees, Women’s day, etc • Initiated Monthly Birthday celebrations for SGS employees. • Managing fun activities inside office premiseTraining & Development • Interface with training solution provider & facilitator for conducting training program. • Coordinating with training & Development Manager for organizing training • Compiling Feedback forms for all participants and analysis of data. • Conduct Trainer evaluation along with training & Development Manager • Managing the entire logistics & other training workshop arrangement to ensure good learning environment for the participants.Performance Management System • Support Manager – HR for objective setting & evaluation. • Organizing PMS workshops to educate employees on PMS process • Collecting & analyzing performance assessment & review forms
