As part of the International Sales team at Menarini S.p.A, I support the company’s goal of international growth across Europe and in emerging markets, contributing to the promotion and sales of sustainable urban mobility solutions through our range of CNG, LNG, diesel, and electric buses.I assist with the full sales cycle in both public and private tenders, liaising with government authorities, transportation agencies, intermediary agents, private clients / operators, and strategic partners. I also lead internal weekly meetings to align departments, streamline operations, and ensure project timelines are met.This position requires daily collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Production (Flumeri, Italy plant), Logistics, Legal, Aftersales, and Finance to guarantee technical alignment, contractual compliance, and successful delivery of complex, international orders.Key responsibilities and contributions:• Support international tenders across Europe and in emerging markets• Contribute to the ongoing delivery of 200 CNG buses to the Greek Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport• Lead weekly internal meetings to review priorities, deadlines, and project status• Liaise with international clients, transporters, suppliers, and internal departments to align technical and delivery requirements• Assist Finance with invoices and ensuring compliance with complex payment terms tied to tender agreements• Draft and manage commercial and contract documentation in English, Italian, and Spanish• Prepare multilingual presentations and sales reports for senior leadership and international partners• Provide translation and cross-cultural communication support• Travel to client and partner sites for meetings, inspections, and project follow-ups• Coordinate logistics and documentation for on-site visits and meetingsThis role continues to develop my expertise in international project coordination, public procurement, and strategic sales in the global transportation sector.
