I’m Sheyla Perez, a Latina, first-generation college student passionate about user experience design, user research, and technology.I bring hands-on experience in UX research, product design, and technical program management, having worked with organizations like Sesame Workshop, Mastercard, Lyft, and LinkedIn. In these roles, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover actionable insights- Develop personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide product decisions- Design and iterate on prototypes and dashboards that enhanced usability and engagement- Apply both qualitative and quantitative research methods to validate design choicesI’m especially passionate about inclusive and accessible design, ensuring technology is not only functional but also equitable for diverse communities and underrepresented users.Currently, I’m seeking full-time opportunities in UX/UI design, user research, or product design where I can continue building meaningful, user-centered solutions.
