Sheva has over 25 years of experience consulting on Total Rewards strategies, particularly related to the design, funding, de-risking, tax implications and financial management of defined benefit pension and post-retirement welfare programs. Sheva has experience with clients in various industries including defense contractors, public sector, oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing and financial services. Sheva is particularly focused on integrating pension risk management into overall HR and corporate strategic initiatives, including ESG and cybersecurity.

   Sheva leads a team of actuarial consultants that focuses on issues related to defined benefit plans including- Annual actuarial valuation services, including budgeting and forecasting exercises- De-risking of pension plans through various levers including plan design, investment strategies funding policies and exit strategies- Tax strategy and compliance, including tax accounting, deductibility and interplay with industry specific deductions; and - Accounting for and auditing defined benefit plans, including internal control design and testing, under US GAAP, IFRS, CAS, and SSAP. Sheva is a member of the EY People Advisory Services practice and in this capacity provides support related to broader teams that focus on process improvement, talent management, executive compensation, global mobility and other strategic aspects of an organization\'s human capital investment.
