I Led Business Analysis activities for one of the business units under the Adecco Group for the implementation of FinancialForce (Certinia) PSA tool. The digital transformation initiative is built on Force.com platform and used to govern and track delivery, costs, revenue, margin, profitability, and revenue recognition across product portfolios in 50+ countries. I collaborated closely with the 3 major Business Workstreams (Sales, Delivery & Finance) and the Implementation Partners across different geographical zones to elicit the requirements (Functional, Integration and Migration) and transform them into stories in ADO. I support the business teams through hyper-care and creating collaterals to aid adoption of the tool by across the global users.
