About Shetu Ranjan Biswas

I am a Ph.D. student in Management at the Carson College of Business, Washington State University, and a faculty member in the Department of Management at the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. My academic journey includes a BBA in Management and an MBA in International Management, complemented by prior experience in the financial sector, notably as an Assistant Director at Bangladesh Bank (the Central Bank of Bangladesh).My current research focuses on emotion, emotion regulation, unethical pro-organizational behavior, and environmental behavior, with an emphasis on how individual and organizational factors interact to shape ethical and sustainability outcomes. My work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Cleaner Production, Business Strategy, and the Environment, among others. I am committed to contributing to the advancement of management scholarship, particularly at the intersection of organizational behavior, ethics, and sustainability.At the University of Chittagong, I have taught both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, such as Business Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Management. I also take pride in mentoring student-led initiatives like the Green Club, which promotes environmental awareness, and the Management Communication Club, where I help students strengthen their communication and leadership skills.
