ABOUT SHESHMANI SINGH
Hi, This is Sheshamani Singh. I\'m pursuing my PhD degree from Department of Physics, NIT Patna. My research topic is Ion-beam induced magnetism in the II-VI semiconductors for spintronic applications. I have used 1.7 MV Tandem Particle Accelerator to irradiate the samples. I have used various characterization techniques such as X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Raman Spectroscopy, SQUID-VSM, XPS, etc. to check the effect of ion-irradiation on the structural and magnetic properties of II-VI semiconductors.
