I am responsible for the strategy of central management of the hardware asset life cycle, including the corresponding policy and process, interfaces such as procurement, deployment, decommissioning and disposals. I also manage the software asset life cycle, and relevant licencing requirements for compliance. I also account for the strategy of central configuration management, discovery, and service mapping, supporting, and ensuring that all aspects of ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM are maintained. I ensure interfaces that consume CMDB data are functioning and compliant with policy and process.
