As a highly strategic and hands-on operations executive, I\'m hired by early-stage startups to build out their foundational systems and processes, design their financial models and analytic dashboards, integrate their tools, build out and train their teams, and pretty much anything else that drives early and scalable growth. For mid-stage startups and scale-ups, I’m hired to troubleshoot, solve, and prevent complex problems. This generally involves rethinking and reengineering outdated processes and overburdened systems that have broken over time—usually under the weight of workarounds stacked on top of workarounds or as a result of throwing people at process-related problems.Whatever the initiative, my approach connects the continuous lifecycle of strategy process data strategy (repeat).
