As the Vice President, I lead the Professional and Installation Services divisions and the enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) that supports Services as well as the Toshiba software product delivery division consisting of 500+ resources overall. Report to the Executive Vice President of Global Services. • Accountable for over 400 active projects representing $80M+ in Services revenue and $60M+ of product software license and software maintenance revenue in FY22. • Direct reports include an Executive Director and four Directors spanning an organization of over 200 resources plus dotted line responsibility through the ePMO and Resource Management Office (RMO) for another 250+ resources performing software product delivery. • Restructured engagement model from product and services to a client centric solution delivery model. The reorganization combined software development and project management resources to deliver solutions more efficiently to retailers. Organizationally moved 100+ resources to benefit overall company delivery objectives. The reorganization significantly improved time to deliver as demonstrated by delivering a new enterprise point of commerce solution in under a year for a Fortune 500 online retailer’s first brick and mortar store.
