My background is rooted in technology – from my early days in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco epicenter of the Internet boom, through the amazing evolution of customer experience and website optimization, to closely partnering with tech/cloud giants AWS and Microsoft. My personal passion has always been around the tangible impact of technology – I focus on the measurable outcomes to the business, and equally as important, to real live human beings.It’s critical for businesses to do everything they can to engage and retain their customers, and that requires pivoting around the customer and truly understanding and anticipating their needs.
