Partner Public Health Consultant

As a partner in a leading consulting firm, I spearhead the development of the Public Health arm. This involves securing new clients primarily from the Washington, DC area for projects in public, profit, non-profit, and federal government sector. It also includes taking on existing public health projects with leadership roles in program evaluation, survey design, measurement definition, and learning solutions development and impact. Successes include serving as a Learning & Program Evaluation Advisor for Change the Pattern (CTP) – the National AIDS Memorial Quilt Impact Program, where I developed program goals, proper measurements, and data-reporting systems/tools. As well, I played a critical part in editing and implementing a leadership development course in Nigeria for health and woman advocates for the World Bank. With my experience in Learning & Development, I am currently creating a training program for equity in health communications for Region IV Public Health Training Center. Likewise, I drove the development of thought-provoking Learning Guides as part of the ‘Becoming Better Ancestors: 9 Lessons to Change the World’ curriculum led by public health icons, Dr. Bill Foege and Dr. Mark Rosenberg. This included playing a key role on a team delivering a program aimed at teaching lessons learned from smallpox eradication.
