Assist Transition Manager & Operation Manager to manage with project related document.• Managing & maintaining financial reporting, resource tracking, managing risk/issue/dependencies for the project.• Produce meeting materials, prepare and support facilitation of governance bodies, including post-meeting follow-ups and action tracking.• Maintain project documents like reference document, lessons learnt, risk register, stakeholder register, communication/escalation matrix and ensure that they are saved in project repository.• Maintain project governance and publish project status reports to keep everyone updated as agreed during kick-off meetings.• Manage risks Register and issues on all assigned projects. Facilitates working groups to resolve issues and mitigate risks while ensuring they are properly communicated across the project.
