My responsibilities include managing the entire end-to-end recruitment life cycle—from talent sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding—while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. I work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and provide consultative support throughout the recruitment process.
