Work with clients, vendors and team members to ensure successful construction project completion for custom home builds and major remodels. Responsible for estimating and writing building specifications for contract negotiations while directing home design from initial stages through construction completion. Working directly with clients, develop comprehensive finish schedules of pallets, materials and finishes. Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, vendors and other team members to outline and prepare project specifications. Prepare take-offs for estimating and product purchasing. Work with vendors and purchasing coordinator to order materials and ensure timely delivery. Prepare finish layout documents and run onsite vendor meetings for material layout to guarantee accuracy.Ensure project success through extensive client communication, negotiation, design detail, vendor coordination, estimating, contract creation, team member communication and creating tools/systems to increase efficiency, accuracy and allow for expansion. Manage client meetings and quality control visits. Ensure leads have the information necessary to run a quality / productive project. Completed $2M in ground up construction and thirteen remodels ranging from $100K-$900K (20••••18). Sold $2.65M+ major remodels (20••••19).
