I oversee the Field Service division for our Baton Rouge & Sulphur Locations. It involves creating & updated reports & spread sheets that log every detail involved in or on a job; from the item(s)/parts used on a job, vendor(s) purchased from, net cost to customer cost, date(s) worked, technicians name & hours spent on job (broken down by standard time & OT), This report must match what was quoted & being billed to customer. I have several diff. spread sheets that I created that help keep our Field Service organized & running smoothly. They also help with our month forecast prediction and helps the FS manager know exactly what jobs we have open and what needs to be attended to. I do the ordering, receiving & billing for both locations. I make sure that the techs have what they need to perform a job safely & correctly.
