She is responsible for all business development and capture activities related to expanding Knowesis reach and programmatic and technical oversight of contract performance in her market. She serves as Program Manager for the Research Area Support Services, HCE PASS, and OMNIBUS IV IDIQ vehicles and subordinate task orders. Oversees a team providing scientific and technical support services for the Army Public Health Center. Her team identifies and assesses legacy, and current and emerging environmental public health threats and assures the quality and effectiveness of the public health program. Oversees a team providing scientific, financial, technical, and analytical support to the Defense Health Agency R&E in their oversight responsibilities of the S&T portion of the Defense Health Program (DHP) Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT & E) appropriation. The team developed and staffed the DHAPI 5400.01 for RDT & E funding and has developed processes and procedures for overseeing the DHP RDT & E appropriation. Oversees two efforts leveraging Decision Lens as a decision support tool for prioritizing DHP S&T and Acquisition projects for funding for the RPMD and PMO Pharmaceuticals, Devices, and Medical Support Systems. Led a multimillion-dollar effort with the Veterans Affairs (VA) for the Women’s Health Transition Training program which provided in-person and virtual training sessions to active duty servicewomen world-wide who are transitioning into civilian life or the Guard/Reserves about the women’s health resources available to them at the VA. Delivered 330 training sessions over the contract and developed and implemented website content and marketing materials, including a media toolkit with posters, flyers, graphics, images, and email banners to showcase the benefits of the training course.
