Integrated Stripe for payment, DocuSign for contracts, and architected workflows for buyers, brokers, sellers, and sales/closing teams. Reduced out-of-auction transactions, increased new customer traffic and qualified leads, and unlocked a new revenue channel-Delivered enterprise-wide CRM integration into parent company’s ecosystem for a commercial real estate auction platform facilitating multimillion-dollar transactions; directed multi-phase testing, coordinated cross-functional UAT, and executed company-wide training—ensuring zero disruption to live auctions or business operations-Migrated web analytics to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and transitioned CMS from WordPress to Drupal—improving site performance and tracking accuracy-Oversaw the sunsetting of Ten-X Auction and migration to LoopNet Auction, consolidating platform architecture and improving operational efficiency-Launched the Ten-X Knowledge Center, a commercial real estate content hub that increased traffic and supported lead generation-Managing modernization of legacy mobile app, transforming it from a stagnant search-only experience into a dual-sided platform enabling listers to manage listings, track leads, and access performance insights—shifting the app from passive search to an active deal management platform.
