ABOUT SHERWYN PON
I am a highly skilled Property Development Manager with a proven track record of identifying and brokering development opportunities, financial modelling, external finance negotiation, formulating and presenting business cases at Executive level, and management during construction. My experience entails the successful planning and delivery of commercial, logistics, retail, hotel, student accommodation and solar developments covering 20m ft2, collectively valued at over £450m. With a passion for property development and entrepreneurial spirit, I am a natural problem solver and results driven, which requires an adaptable and initiative-taking approach. As each development is unique and comes with its own challenges, I am able to easily shift gears and ensure problems are quickly resolved in a flexible and innovative manner.
