After spending the first half of my career as an executive at IBM where I helped kickstart the dot-com industry, I scratched the entrepreneurial itch and founded Loudermilk Homes in 2009 with a vision of designing and building custom luxury homes that leave a legacy. We use cutting-edge techniques and materials for superior craftsmanship, and we developed a 9-Step \"Process to Perfection\" to make the process easy, fun, and completely transparent. We are relentless innovators, always looking for a better way to do things — a personal passion I\'ve had since I was a teenager and started my first business building and selling computers. I earned an MBA with a focus on Real Estate and Finance and an undergraduate degree in Business from Georgia State University. In 2023 we were honored to be named a Finalist for the National Custom Home Builder of the Year Award by the National Association of Home Builders.
