I build the operating infrastructure that lets leadership teams actually lead. That\'s meant different things at different companies: executive operating systems, cross-functional rhythms, post-merger integration, board reporting. The context changes. The problem is usually the same: smart people, unclear systems, slowed execution. I work best in PE-backed environments where the pace is high and the margin for dysfunction is low. I\'ve sat close enough to the CEO, COO, and board to understand what each of them needs, and built the connective tissue between them.
