Following my retirement from The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 2024, I have channeled my extensive corporate experience into inspiring excellence through coaching, speaking engagements, and strategic corporate board service.Driven by a passion for developing others and a belief in realizing our highest potential, I founded The Symbiotic Collective. Our consultancy focuses on coaching, strategic advising, and organizational interventions. My primary focus is coaching, where I empower individuals and teams to unlock their full potential. By fostering a deep understanding of interconnectedness and holistic growth, I help clients achieve personal and professional transformation.My background includes a unique blend of business acumen, nine years of public board experience as Goodyear’s technology representative on the audit committee, and empathetic leadership. Emphasizing principles that nurture inner and outer harmony, I foster personal and professional wholeness, supporting the growth of connected, conscious, and complete individuals and organizations.Throughout my three-decade corporate career and numerous government and non-profit board roles, including Vice Chair for the City of Green’s Board of Zoning Appeals, President of the Akron Community Foundation’s Women’s Endowment Fund and Board Chair for Leadership Akron, I have driven organization-wide change, achieved operational excellence, and developed top-tier talent and teams.As a sought-after keynote speaker, I contribute to crucial discussions on elevating technology leadership in the boardroom, coaching for change, and transformative leadership. My insights are backed by a robust academic foundation, including a Master of Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor in Information Systems Management from The University of Akron.
