About Sherry Delia
I provide individual, family and couples therapy to children, adolescents and adults. For over 25 years I have helped people to resolve their difficulties with regard to: abuse/trauma and related issues; grief and loss; relationship issues; eating disorders; substance abuse and other addictions; behavioral problems; depression and anxiety. My work with clients is to help them to heal and live free from their difficulties. No matter what the situation is, I believe people have a natural tendency to work through their problems if one is in a safe, caring and supportive environment. The way healing begins to take place, is by establishing a trusting relationship with my clients and by encouraging them to trust and believe in themselves. Specialties: Seeing every person and situation is different, I am trained in and utilize a wide variety of traditional and alternative healing modalities to facilitate healing.
