I have been with ICON Information Consultants for over 14 years, starting as the receptionist. ICON has provided me with opportunities for advancement and to learn different aspects of the business which lead to the EA role. This position has proven to be full of challenges and new experiences which I have learned so much from. I assist the CEO with everyday administrative tasks as well as book all travel (domestic and international), maintain multiple calendars, order all promo/marketing items, manage all specifics for expos/trade shows as well as event planning. Since ICON is a women owned business, it is imperative we maintain all our WBE Certificates. One of my main priorities is to register and update our company profile within multiple Supplier Diversity databases as needed, as well as manage memberships/certificates with outside affiliations such as WBENC, WeConnect International, WBEA, WBCS, WBEC-West, WPO, and C200. Working with upper management, I coordinate all company internal events as well as coordinate all company sponsored events, parties, etc.
