As Supplier Relationship Manager, my role is to manage all aspects of various SaaS, and Payments and Receivables supplier relationships within BMO\'s Canadian P & BB - Strategic Vendor Management team. • Oversee the strategic operations of 12 key supplier accounts, and focus on the compliance, contractual, and Third-Party Risk management of each supplier. Combined spend is ~$50M• Manage the full contract renewal and extension process. This includes liaising with Procurement, Global Risk, and Legal so to ensure regulatory compliance and Due Diligence processes are met• Oversee all Due Diligence and Risk Area questionnaires; Work with Global Third Party Risk Management (GTPRM), Compliance, Supplier Governance teams, Accountable Executives, and the Suppliers so to ensure all Coupa and ProcessUnity activities are actioned within specified timeframes• Organize and lead Annual Business Reviews with the Supplier, Line of Business (LOB), and LOB Executives
