About Sherry Day
Having retired from Executive Resources-Humam Potential Consultants, L.C. and closing the business in 2013, I spent five years sailing around the world with my husband on our Hallberg-Rassy yacht, S/V Trillium. During the nautical mile journey, I decided to open another business: Trillium Studio. It gives me the opportunity to return to work in the interior design field as well as pursue my creative interests in jewelry design, watercolors and fiber arts. These three media have been hobbies for years. I am most enthused about my one-of-a-kind artisan jewelry. While traveling around the world, I gathered many interesting beads and artifacts to include in my designs. I will be launching a website at TrilliumStudio.net in the near future. Experienced in interviewing, public speaking, writing, editing and course design and Trainer/Facilitator for more than workshop participants in USA and abroad. Thirty years of business ownership, holding positions as Executive VP and President and Chief Learning Officer. Experienced executive/leadership coach, performance coach, educator and course developer in management and team development, adult and vocational education. Specialties: For 21 years, I have specialized in leadership development & people skills training through individual coaching & group workshops. Working with individuals from management to line to identify blockages to action & dysfunctional behaviors, I assist individuals & organizations in discovering potential to maximize strengths while developing ways to overcome limitations.
