Since joining BFL in June 2013, I have played a pivotal role as a senior member of the Calgary team, where my responsibilities encompass client servicing, business production, team leadership, and providing education to the team.With a career spanning over 33 years in the insurance industry, I have cultivated a deep expertise in the realm of Realty, specifically Condominium Corporations. I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse industries, but my focus and dedication have always been on serving the unique needs of Condominium Corporations. My background encompasses building strong client relationships, problem-solving, claims management, and risk management.Education is at the core of what I do. I actively engage in various educational initiatives, including presenting at trade shows, speaking at seminars for condominium managers, attending board meetings, and delivering informative sessions at Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Owner\'s Information Sessions. I believe in empowering individuals and organizations by sharing valuable knowledge and insights within the condominium industry.Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am deeply involved in the community. Currently, I hold the position of Director at Large for CCI Southern Alberta, where I contribute to the organization\'s vision and strategic direction. Additionally, I actively participate in the education committee of the Condo Owners Forum, focusing on promoting awareness and providing resources to condominium owners.
