   I lead the IBM Corporate Social Responsibility portfolio in 11 states, with focus areas in education and workforce development, sustainability, and employee engagement/volunteerism. In my work, I am fortunate to co-create campaigns with a variety of sustainability NGOs, worker-supporting nonprofits, workforce boards, school districts, government agencies, veteran-supporting organizations, HBCUs, and other higher ed institutions. My internal stakeholders include the IBMers in this region, for whom I support volunteerism and giving programs, and share updates on our CSR initiatives and opportunities. Working to support our senior leaders, I am privileged to represent the philanthropic work of IBM and invite clients and business partners to collaborate alongside us. I am especially passionate about conservation, sustainability and education.
