Managing the Mental Health department at Tarzana Treatment Centers Reseda facility. As the Clinical Supervisor and Program Coordinator, duties include the hiring and training of MFT and MSW clinicians in the therapeutic environment. The counseling programs available include individual, couples, families, group therapies and psychiatric services. We work closely with other TTC programs such as our Intensive Out Patient Substance Use programs, Transitional Housing for HIV + patients, the TTC Medical Clinic, and Case Management. Requirements also include the navigation of integrative care with a variety of social service and psychiatric agencies as well as attention to quality improvement and quality assurance protocols and programs. Experience in dealing with crisis issues, suicidality and certified LPS for involuntary psychiatric holds.

As the Clinical Supervisor/Program Coordinator at the Tarzana Treatment Centers\' Reseda facility, I am in charge of hiring and training MFT and MSW licensed and pre-licensed clinicians for our out-patient mental health program.
