Maintained a daily up-to-date sample forecast report for finance and sales management. Strategic and Pharma accounts revenue increases each year I managed these accounts. Direct point of contact for clients to ensure timely shipment of samples throughout the life of the project to create a positive client experience; providing a consultive approach with clients to ensure the needs and expectations are met to provide an exceptional customer experience. Revenue Acceleration, including maintaining an up-to-date sample forecast with field sales, working cross-functionally with scientific operations and customers to efficiently resolve sample issues to manage the project flow.
