ABOUT SHERRY SOLODKOVA

As a Management Analyst (Contracts) at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, I have over 20 years of experience in acquisition management, strategic sourcing, and contract administration. I am currently transitioning out of my role due to a RIF notice, but I am eager to leverage my skills and expertise in a new opportunity. In my current role, I support the Office of Management and Enterprise Services as a senior acquisition advisor, leading efforts on agency-wide strategic sourcing vehicles. I serve as the Contracting Officer\'s Representative on two strategic sourcing vehicles, valued at $150M and $100M respectively. I also improve acquisition planning processes and resolve data quality issues to reduce submission of late contracts. Previously, I served as a Supervisory Contract Specialist and a Contract Specialist, where I oversaw acquisitions throughout the lifecycle, reviewed them for consistency with Federal laws and regulations, and offered guidance and solutions to contracting and program office staff. I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Dual Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Russian from the University of Pittsburgh.
