Provide full cycle recruitment efforts for SMJV & Murphy Group Canada including:o Consult with hiring managers to discuss staff requirements and specific job objectives.o Develop and compose job postings in TAM.o Post job descriptions on career websites, social media, university boards, etc.o Interact extensively with hiring managers to establish new hire requirements.o Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.o Strategically source candidates.o Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.o Conduct initial phone screens.o Assist hiring managers with interview questions.o Schedule and participate in interviews.o Conduct reference checks.o Create and send offer of employment letter.o Maintain a complete record of recruitment activities.• Provide recruitment support to WHC Energy Services as needed.• Provide guidance and supervision to field recruiters.• Attend career fairs, industry nights, and other related networking events.• Support the Human Resources team for special projects as required.• Collaborated with the Learning & Development team to create multiple programs including several student programs.
